Natalie King AGNP

I LOVE this practice and the doctors and the NPs and most of the staff. The only problem I had was having an appointment and not being fully checked. There are precautions they could have used to make one feel like they are important: wearing a mask! ? I am paying for a visit and yet not fully being checked, that is frustrating due to the fact we just went through COVID and offices and places HAD to WEAR MASKS. Now with that being said one could wear a mask and fully checked a patient. I appreciate the precautions they made BUT for me to pay for only being half checked. I DO NOT want this person nor the practice to be upset with me but for not fully being checked - whereas a mask could have prevented this - you are a healthcare facility and could have thought. ? Plus paying for this visit. I would give this practice 5 stars - they are all wonderful! Just this one time whereas paying $$ for not being fully checked (a mask would have helped).

Through my observations and being a long time patient, these are some of the happiest doctors in your facility. If you're having problems with any of your other staff, take them there, let them observe they do it really well. Congratulations, you made my day. I have never had a bad experience at this Facility endocrinology. All I can say is keep up the good work. You do it well.

Natalie was very knowledgeable about my health issues and offered treatments and solutions that I was unaware of. This helped me tremendously. The Cambridge City location is very convenient for me, as I am reluctant to drive to Richmond.

As always I was seen shortly after arriving. Natalie King is very attentive to all of my questions. I recently changed my Medicare Advantage from Humana to United Healthcare and I am on a CGM and my current company who handled my supplies did not accept UHC and Natalie had that corrected and I had a voicemail from the new provider stating my order for supplies had been approved by UHC and my order was being processed.

I unfortunately had to leave before she came in for the day. My 700am appointment apparently ment 730ish. I had another obligation at 800am. I assumed I would be finished in time for other obligation but was unaware 700am didn't mean 700am

Hard to get appt. when you need it

Natalie King is a top notch medical provider....

I haven't met a person yet who wasn't wanting to help and everyone seems to care and that's hard in today's world. I think that they are doing a great job, all of them !

This was definitely a better endocrinologist that I've seen. She was polite, had a positive attitude and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had at all. She also listened to all the concerns I had in a very timely manor. 10/10 would recommend her to fellow diabetics.
