I just love the way everyone treats you like family

It was great. I felt like my provider knew what she was talking about and shows compassion!!I really love that she takes time to listen to me and that she cares!!

FANTASTIC!

We met with Kim Reffitt today for a followup appt after my 70 day Reid hospital/ rehab stay. We normally see Carrie Kerby. Kim went over my recent experience and ordered a lab test to get a current sodium level. She was very efficient.

The place was very clean, the staff was very professional, the NP was wonderful. The only problem with any of it, is that the NP ordered some lab work, and now that I've showed up to get the lab work done, they have no idea about the order. Luckily this place is ble to contact Reid for me and get it straightened out. But it had been a BIG inconvenience, during my already busy morning. Otherwise, I'm happy with the service I have gotten and I plan to.keep coming back. My NP is great and I feel comfortable being in her care. Thanks for listening!

Kim Reffitt is an excellent health care provider I have been going to her for years

Kim Reffitt is excellent she's very attentive and genuinely cares about her patients. I've been going to her since she started at Eaton Family Care and I have been taking my grandson to her since I got custody of him in 2018, he was nine months then. He loves everyone there, especially Kim, Jessica, Stephanie & Desarae, they all treat him very good and always greet him with a smile. You have a good bunch there!

Today I saw a provider that normally I do not see. I was very disappointed. Ordered labs some I needed, some were completely unnecessary. Told me I have to go somewhere else for my labs. It's already hard for me to make all of my appointments because I am on a very limited income. Insisted on fasting labs to get my blood sugar. Hysterical considering I was at my endocrinologist office less than a week ago. Looking forward to my next appointment with my main provider Dr. Goff.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care needs. I have been seeing Kim Reffitt for years and think she is top notch. The staff is professional as well and friendley and fun. I actually don't mind when it's time to go for my scheduled visits.

I was supposed to have three prescriptions and the pharmacy only had one.

Kim was very thorough in her assessment & treatment recommendations. When there was an issue about the availability of a medication she prescribed, she immediately responded to my call & prescribed a different medication.

My experience there has always been top notch. I will, however, share that the exam room that I was in was in need of paint freshening and the floors were not as clean as they should be. I feel that it is important for the environment of a physicians office should be extremely clean.
