Everytime I've been to any appt...the entire staff has been kind and the practitioners also especially K.Mccoy and Kim Miller was very thorough this last appt..and she was able to address all the questions I had with clarity and in a way easily understood as well as not making me feel she was in a rush but really the opposite...Every provider I've saw has been great.

Staff are all friendly and Kim Miller is an amazing provider. Knowledgeable, kind and informative, while being truly genuine with wanting the best for her patients ?

Dr Kim has been the best physician I've had since I've was seen by Dr Webber. She is so caring about my health and addresses every concern I have when in my appointment. She is all around the best I've seen. I will always travel to keep her as my physician! Everyone in her office in Hagerstown is amazing!

Kim is AMAZING and is always eager and willing to listen to everything I have to say and makes sure to also ask if there's anything I'd like to share. She knows me and my background really well and is able to easily understand what my needs are during every visit. She's also very thorough in explaining new treatment options. For example, she explained a new medication for me where she shared background information/history for it, possible side effects, and how to properly take or stop the medication as needed.
