My appointment was at 1:30pm and he did not get into the room until 2:10pm no one coming into tell me that he had an emergency or anything just left me sitting there

All staff that we encountered at Reid Specialty/Cardiology in Winchester were very friendly and welcoming.

I had an early appointment (8:15)and I still waited 30 minutes in the outer office and another 20 minutes inside the inner room. That was disappointing.

Glad Dr. Hornak returned to Richmond to pursue his medical career.

Dr. Hornak had studied my health history for the last year and made a referral to a Urologist for further workup. He wanted to verify if Jardiance was a good fit for me to be on, because of UTI diagnosis last March. Premptive knowledge is good to protect my future health.

Dr. Stephen Hornak is a good man but seems to be overloaded with patients. You need to figure out why I still have simular chest pains shooting into my left arm. But Dr. Hornak is a very busy man. And I know he is doing his best.

It was freezing cold in the whole cardiology area to the point that i asked for a blanket. It is bad enough to have to wait so long but so much worse when it is so cold.

In my records from when I was a patient of Megan Carpenters is exactly what kind of heart ailment my mother has, I can not remember what it's called,

We arrived 20 minutes early and got checked in quickly. But then sat in the waiting room for over 50 minutes. When we finally seen the doctor it was actually ONE HOUR past our original appointment time. I think this is highly unprofessional when patients are expected to arrive on time. We were very disappointed.
