I had to get a new primary care physician and I was very pleased with my visit with Dr Carpenter.

I wasn't sure if I was going to change providers or not. But during the meeting I knew right off this was the provider/and place I was looking for. Was everything I was seeking in changing providers at my age. Young, friendly, engaging, professional and thorough.

Tina, I believe that was her name, Dr M Carpenter's MA was very understanding to why I was there along with my additional concerns since I had originally made the appointment. Dr Megan was very understanding and listened to my concerns. They both made sure that all of my questions were answered and what to do if I needed further assistance. This appointment was only my 2nd visit with them and they made sure that I felt heard and understood.

As a new patient, I didn't feel like I was talking to a "new doctor". She was easy to talk to, covered a lot of bases and treated me with respect. She was also very knowledgeable and gave suggestions as well as what the next steps may be.

The Carpenter's are a true power couple. They give excellent treatment, answers all questions and concerns, provide education, while also being down to earth and personable. I love that I made the switch!

Dr. Carpenter was great. The front desk however, where you check in, was a slow process. There was one person working there and she was on the phone while the people waiting to check in were stacking up. It took longer than it should have, in my opinion, to check in.

How can I get my vitals taken? The visit was over the phone, and since I am on high blood pressure meds. No additional test such as blood draws were ordered. Is that only if you were concerned about something in your recent 2 weeks?
