Doctor Lee is a great doctor

So far, so good

Our appointment was at 1:30, and we arrived at 1:09 and were not called back until 1:50. I thought they had forgotten about us. I know doctors get busy, but I usually do not have to wait as long. Dr. Lee and nurses were exceptionally nice to us.

The staff and the doctors that I have seen are wonderful. Everything was explained and my question was answered I wasent rushed like someplace are. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff and physician; and their comfort level dealing with all the patients.

Dr. Lee is the best.

I was nervous when I first went in. When I got ready to leave, I was very calm. Everyone was so nice.

The staff are extremely kind and caring. You know right away they care. The high quality of care received is fantastic. This is my go to ortho group now!!!

My experience with the orthopedic doctor was great but I'm very unhappy that I have to wait three weeks to get an MRI and I have to be off of work and be in pain for three weeks before we can figure out what's going on

I am usually completely satisfied when I leave here, however, this was the first time I was unpleasant with the check out procedure. When I approached the check out window in the hall before exiting there was no one available as is usually the case. So I proceeded to the first desk in the lobby as I normally do to check out and schedule my next appt., however this time I was informed to take a spot in the line of people checking in, as I was informed to take pain( as that's why I come here to be treated) I didn't expect to stand there in a line of approx. 7-8 people that were just coming in. My friend stood in line for me this time but I'm very disappointed that I had to be treated that way. The excuse given me was that if someone was at the window check out they would have a lot of people standing in the hallway where they try to bring the patents in. There has never been a line of people standing to check out in all the years I have been coming there. Not to mention one girl had a skeleton sitting in a chair at the front desk that could have been in that seat helping the other girls instead of just standing there. I am so sorry for bringing this up but am confident that it will be addressed and remedied. Thank you for allowing me to bring this to your attention. Have a great day and thank you so much for wanting to improve things here.

The visit and care were satisfactory. We were not seen until 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment even though we arrived 29 minutes early for our visit. I understand scheduling issues can arise but 45 minutes felt very inconsiderate to our plans. As a the sole caregiver who has to miss work for these appointments I should not be expected to have sacrifice my workday because of the provider's inability to schedule patients properly. All of that to say nothing will be done about this and I am wasting my time filling this out.

Everyone was very respectful polite, explain to me what's going on, always smiling the doctor was great ,smiling laughing, and explain to me about injection, everyone was excellent at there job, very friendly, thank you all so much for being very caring

Dr. Lee is PNENOMENAL, I had a concern and he fixed the problem right away. They always listen to me. The nurses go above and beyond.

My appt was on time. The assistant was very nice. The doctor answered questions I had about the issue and some other things I was concerned about. Very nice visit.

Dr. Lee was wonderful.

I am not happy with his decision to not operate on my knee cap. I was seen 3 times and each time my knee was bad. He said it is healing and he would need to rebreak it. Which would make more since than going though all this then having surgery in a few years because it will cause problems.

If given pain medication would like them the same day not 2 days later

Very satisfied with my visit. Staff was very helpful and thorough.

I am very happy with the results of my surgery. Dr Lee confirmed that my healing is going great. The scars and muscles are healed. He also gave me the information I needed to help break down the scaring and to continue my physical therapy.

I am confident that Dr. Lee is a skilled surgeon. When I asked about non surgerical options his reply was if I wanted to wait and see if it gets better that was fine. No other options were suggested nor was anything else said about any other options. If I am paying $500 for a 10 minute consultation, I expected something more.

The doctor gave me confidence and l realized he has a lot experience, thank you Doctor.

I don't appreciate our Doctor Office becoming a Ortho walking In Clinc from m-f 8 am - 8 pm . The office is packed and my last visit I had to wait an hour just to see my doctor when I had a APPOINTMENT. Don't use OUR APPOINTMENT Doctors for a Walk in Clinc during APPOINTMENT HOURS ! To many people that had appointments was in office waiting and COMPLAINING about the long waits because of the walk ins . We ARE appointments and should be waited in on our appointment time. This last appointment wasn't to bad for me as my appointment before , but there was several VERY unhappy people waiting on their Dr. APPOINTMENT TIME WAY TO LONG. This issue really needs to be addressed and something done ... like making sure APPOINTMENT VISITS COME BEFORE WALK INS .
