Dr. Olsen always provides the care I need, answers all of my questions and makes good suggestions to help me take steps to make me a healthier person. Her assistant, Amanda, is aways very helpful and good to assist between appointments with my concerns.

I have changed doctors (don't worry - I'm still with Reid). Dr. Olson took over when Dr. Bode left, and those are big shoes to fill. At first I felt I was being talked down to, as if I didn't know anything (I read several university hospital newsletters). That got better, but I never got much of an exam and had to ask for follow-up that should have been obvious if she had ever read my chart. The latest was that after last year's physical I was instructed to have labs done before this year's. When I came in to do that, there were no orders. I would love to know if I have made a dent in my LDL cholesterol, as well as if everything else is still in line. So next fall I'll be seeing someone else.

I feel so lucky to have Dr. OLSON as my physician and Mandi as her assistant for my annual wellness exam. All went well. Thankyou, Reid Hospital for being here.

My appt. was just an update of a recent lab test. It could have been done using the portal and saved us both the office visit. The Dr.'s response was "all good, the plan is working". That could have been a portal message.

As always, Reid hires people for their expertise and niceness !!

Dr Olson and her supporting staff are the reason we travel an hour each direction to be treated by Reid. We have various physicians in specialty roles at several other hospitals, but would do even more, if it were necessary, to keep them for our primary care. Dr. Olson is genuine, empathetic, and intelligent. She shares medical advice with astute professionalism. Her medical assistant Cressida is cheery and puts me at ease. It would be nice if patients cared enough for others to wear a mask when they exhibit upper respiratory symptoms. Overall a good experience. Having all my care (labs etc) under one roof would be convenient and offer a continuity of care.

Dr. Olson has spent a year helping me try to lose weight and get my blood pressure down. My BP is now at the lowest it's ever been.
