I have complete trust in my Reid care.

Front office staff should pay attention to people coming in for appointments. I arrived early and no one was at the check in desk. Other front staff could see I was waiting and didn't move. After about 5 min I went and sat down. Another patient walked in a bit later and was attended to. I was finally able to be checked in after them. They need to be more pleasant as well.

Dr. Kretchman is absolutely amazing! So kind and compassionate! She took extra time with me and I felt so much better after the visit. Very thankful to have her on Reid's team!!

After seeing my Lab results today, I think I know why I feel so bad but don't know where to go next. Today my sugar was over 200. It's never been above 120, my Blood pressure was normal when I woke this morning but dropped to 101/60 with a heart rate of 94, the same time my sugar went up. I don't know if the increase in Levothyroxine to 100mcg is the problem or if something else is going on. Dr. Kretchman if you can advise me on what to do, I would appreciate it.

I'm really glad I decided to wait that long to see dr k instead of going elsewhere sooner. -it was kinda weird seeing staff from the mob building park out front in that little parking lot when the far ends of the parking lots were all empty. -a bit intimidating having the ma stay in room during visit. I understand this freed up the dr more but I always feel like it's having an audience and that I may be able to be more open if there wasn't someone else in the room. I feel the dr/patient relationship is important and an audience feels like that trust and bond are broken. -dr k was very thorough and I so very much appreciated that!

Dr Kretchman was amazing as usual and started me on something new. She has improved my health immensely over the last four years when she added me as a patient. I am forever grateful to her for making my life so much better. Her assistant, Dena, was very helpful to me also. Wonderful visit.

Dr. Kretchman and team are responsive and professional. I had multiple adjustments on my insulin (via pump) and every time they make me feel like my questions/requests for the reports to be reviewed are not a bother. Believe it or not, this is a big deal especially if it takes several requests.

Dr. Kretchman is a live saver in so many ways! She is so knowledgeable and very willing to educate you rather during an appointment or via a MyChart message. I'd travel cross country to have her as my doctor. She has saved me in more ways than even her scope of work by being ultra proactive in checking a wider range of areas that could potentially be damaged. I get excited to go to see her and that is saying something. I am blessed to have her as my doctor and I appreciate her in more ways than words can ever begin to explain.

I had to have some bloodwork done while I was there. I was not as impressed with your lab tech, as she had trouble drawing my blood. It left a mark on my arm that is still there. Other than that, everything went fine.
