Reid has raised prices and don't accept a lot of insurance we have in the area. I've known Brad all my life and will try to keep seeing him but not much on Reid as my hospital. Sad to say

I am very lucky and blessed with my Doctor after Dr.White retired I thought I would never find such a great dr.WELL, I meant Dr Dubois and knew he was going to be the Dr. I was hoping for -- lucky me

I called around 2:30 p.m. and asked if I could come in to get a shot in shoulder-I had been up most of night with pain from shoulder(had forgotten it was Wednesday next day and he would be closed).!!The nurse said I don't think you can get here before we close at 5 . I said I can make it- she talked to Dr. he said to come on in-I got there at 4:30 and they took me right in and Dr gave med shot and I was on my way back home'. He is really a super dr, So thankful for him and his staff !

Myself and my family all use Dr. Dubois for our family Doctor and have for many years. He has always been the best and always provided great care. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do that any longer as Reid I'd dropping our insurance at the end of the year. Nothing like building a nice new facility and then cutting all the county employees insurance coverage. Way to support the community!

I am still somewhat concerned about one of my results.

Dr. Dubois is awesome. He is my favorite doctor. He is always kind and listens to me. He helps me figure out health issues. He is an asset to Reid Hospital.

Reid needs to put some money into the building that Dr. Dubois is in as well as the urgent care. It looks like Reid doesn't care about how carpet and walls look to the patients. In the urgent care there's 2 TV's that are working. The carpet is horrible. Why does a medical facility have carpet anyway? The staff at both locations is great. Professional, nice and caring individuals. But everyone I speak with thinks Reid just needs to brighten and freshen up both buildings

Very professional and addressed my issue as presented. He and his staff are always there for my care.

I was able to be seen quickly. My nurse Ashley was very interested in the way I felt. So Dr Dubois was able to see and access me in a timely manner. My medicine was sent to my pharmacy for my illness. I'm on to healing.

I trust the staff with Dr. Dubois and the doctor also completely with my health. They are always so nice and concerned for my well-being.
