The appt. with Dr. Spoljaric was exceptional. My son and I were at the appt. with my husband. Even though I know the Dr's time was limited, he did not hurry through the appt. He gave all three of us his undivided attention. His explanations, suggestions, possible treatments, etc. were thorough and spoken with sensitivity and real empathy. The receptionist that checked us in, the nurse that took care of all the preliminary procedures and the nurse that took over with future appointments were receptive, friendly and professional. What was a difficult diagnosis to discuss was made more comfortable by the way we were treated. Thank you.

I was apprehensive when Dr. Spoljaric moved to your facility as I was familiar with his staff in Kokomo and liked most everyone there. However, everyone in your facility that I have had contact with have been amazing from my very first appointment. I had entered through the wrong door and a nurse from a different department walked me to the elevator without any hesitation I am very pleased with your facility even though it's a 2 hour drive!

Office staff very thorough and responsive with follow ups after appointment

Dr. Spoljaric has always shown great compassion and care for his patients. He listens and patients feel heard. He is a strong advocate for patient health and wellbeing.

The myReid text 45 minutes before the appointment is an unnecessary and frustrating step. They ask if you are in the waiting room, which is far too early and creates some panic about getting to the appointment. Not to mention I'm driving and feel obligated to follow the steps. I would recommend getting rid of that frivolity that made me skip a quick stop for food before my appointment.

Dr. Spoljaric has always been very informative and knowledgeable about my condition. His staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and attentive to any issues or questions that have arisen between visits. I am very appreciative of them all!

Please, I kindly ask that you knock on the door when you come back into the room. There's no need to wait for a response-just a quick knock is enough to let those inside know you're entering. What if I were adjusting my clothing? What if I had a tissue in my nose? What if I were doing something I found embarrassing? Please, just KNOCK! I've never been to a doctor's office where the staff didn't knock. Dr. Spoljaric always knocks.

Dr. Spoljaric is by far the best Neurologist I have had the pleasure of being his patient. He has from day one been extremely caring, takes his time to understand your issues or concerns and to also explain his thoughts or results. He has been very thorough and informative about his plan of care also. He cares about finding the cause of your problems not just treating your symptoms. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a top rated Neurologist. His staff are also very caring and diligent to help in any way they can.

This was our first visit with Dr. Spoljaric. He was very thorough with my husband. He was willing to answer all questions without seeming to be in a hurry. He was very knowledgeable concerning my husband's condition and had looked into his charts to understand his major stroke of almost 2 years ago. We are very hopeful that Dr Spoljaric remains a part of my husband's care team. Reid Health is slowly building a good team at the Brookville Reid facility. I hope it continues to grow and gains many patients.

He has faithfully walked along side of me for the past 20 years from my TIA in 2005, my stroke in 2022 and currently still engaged in my healthcare. His Wisdom, Kindness and dedication has helped me beyond words to stay strong and moving forward in my everyday life. Knowing that I have a Dr. who is willing to take time and listen, cover all the bases and makes sure I understand everything in detail is a rarity these days and I am Forever Grateful for having him on my team.

I've always had a follow up visit at 6 months. He said 6 months or close. The next appointment is 9 1/2 months. Even though I would love to recommend this doctor, the wait time would be out of the question.

I was a bit worried when Dr Spoljaric left Ascension St Vincent. I have been with him for years and totally trust him with my care, so I wanted to stay with regardless of the distance. Thank you for a smooth transmission, with tele visits this has been awesome!

This office is really the most disorganized and disrespectful of their patient's time. Was called to move my telehealth appointment up from 12:30. I agreed for 11 and was told I'd be receiving a call to check in. 11:45 came around and no call. So I called and they did not have time to do my appointment but also did not call to let me know. My time is valuable. This is now the second time I've had no communication. Last telehealth I had to wait 3 hours passed my appointment time. I don't appreciate the disrespect from staff. But the physician himself was great to work with.

Dr Spoljaric was so patient. We got there late due to traffic and we drive down from kokomo which is over a hundred miles one way. He waited on us which I feel no other Dr would have done. He listens to you and explains everything thoroughly. We had him when he was in Kokomo so we decided to keep him as our doctor. The best decision we ever made. We will stay with him for sure. He was the smartest thing you did when you hired him.

Reid Health is blessed to have Dr. Andrew Spoljaric as a provider. I have seen him for years in Kokomo for migraine and neck/back issues. He has a fabulous bedside manner and never makes you feel like you are complaining or that you are taking too much of his time.

Dr Spoljaric is an extremely caring and compassionate doctor! An expert in his field. He has cared for my mother, and my 2 adult children with HD, who have passed. Currently caring for my youngest adult son with HD. Worth the 4 hour drive. His staff is excellent. Highly recommend this wonderful doctor. He is a blessing!!

I was very pleased with many things about the experience. First and foremost, we found out that after quite a while of my wife having to see whatever Neurologist was available, this doctor now has her as a regular patient. Even though this was the first time this doctor has seen my wife, he seemed to know her history quite well. What he didn't know he became a quick study on. He also shared some important information about one of her medications prescribed by this office and the fact that what she has been taking for quite some time is not an effective dosage to provide my wife the best opportunity for improvement. And even though I had just addressed another concern this morning through a phone call, he was aware and went through a good process to determine what my wife needed and also prescribed a medication to help in this area. As is always very important to me, he quickly developed rapport with my wife and I and showed her necessary compassion. He also struck me as a "patient first" medical professional, an important trait I believe is very necessary across the medical spectrum and especially in this community. I felt somewhat optimistic when we left the office that this experience could lead to some necessary improvements for one of my wife's serious chronic health issues and that can lead to hope, which my wife desperately needs. The entire staff was very helpful and supportive and pleasant, again important character traits in a medical office setting. I thank God most importantly because He intervened on our behalf and made this experience a possibility, and then the doctor and the staff had to do their part, which they did quite well!
