From intake to being called in by the nurse, everyone is very kind and friendly. I travel from Dayton to see this team. I feel cared for and understood at my appointments.

I am extremely unhappy that my Oncologist is leaving Reid ....it is definitely a great loss for his patients and in my estimation for Reid Oncology!!! I sit in the waiting room for an hour and twenty minutes before I was taken to a room. Nurse does vitals then I sit there another 20 minutes waiting on the doctor. Unexcused wait time.

I have had to have many pretty scans in the last 4 years at reid. I love the poeple that work there, they are like a big family and they make you feel like you are very much apart of that, and I also love the people in the cancer center. They are all so awesome. Thank You.

Dr. Bansal is a very caring and conscientious physician. I am so sad to hear that he is leaving. Reid has had so much trouble retaining good doctors, especially oncologists, that it makes me wonder what the problem is. Reid's Board of Directors should make some changes to make Reid more attractive to excellent doctors like Dr. Bansal. The revolving door of doctors is not good for patients.

Dr. Bansal has impressed me from the first time I saw him. He always takes the time to explain things and to answer any questions.

I really like my doctor. I hate to see him go. When you get a good one you should everything to keep them.

I'm sad. I love my oncologist but I can no longer see him. Reid suddenly quit my insurance company. They did the SAME thing last year which is why I switched in the first place. I love my oncologist but can't stand Reid Health. They don't care about patients.

Dr. Bansal is very good at explaining health issues, extremely caring and kind. I feel he is available for questions I may have. After being disappointed within many Reid oncologists in the past, it is a relief to finally have someone I can trust to look out for me.
