They saw me in a very timely manner

I had Dorothy and she was excellent. She explained my X-ray and was so helpful with what my problem is, how to treat it, etc. She has my respect and I gladly give her a 10+ rating.

Dr. Lollathin was careful to listen and review all my important records to understand not only my current condition but the treatments I have tried to treat the issue. I left the office with hope, which I have been in short supply of recently. THANK YOU!

The care I received was amazing

It was a great experience. I can't think of a thing that could've made it better. The staff is five star.

Care providers were very quick, yet took time to listen to me. They were all very courteous and professional. However, I did not receive any paperwork or documentation explaining today's visit or a number to call if I had questions or if my pain got worse.

I came in around 7:30pm and was there until after 8pm. All staff were so nice to me! I had fallen at home and was very sore & painful. I appreciate all their care for me while I was there. All the areas I was concerned about were xrayed. It gave me peace of mind

The lady that checked me in was not as friendly as the rest of the staff. All though I paid her a compliment and she came around. After that all was great!! I would definitely recommend here to family and friends!!

Front desk staff great! My nurse Brittney was very good in getting all of my info. X-ray tech very good and made sure I was comfortable. Doctor explained everything to me and exam was thorough. She also scheduled a referral for me. Overall, great experience!

They all did a wonderful job!! And I want to applaud the front desk who was also trying to get care for an elderly man who was stranded down the road in the ditch. They all showed compassion and care.

Friendly staff

My PA was great!!! Even though i am a RN at another facility she treated me like i wasnt!! Yay! I want to be the patient and not the nurse!! My injection was PAINLESS! The only thing is she wanted was a stat venous ultrasound due to the amt of swelling from my knee down to my foot and I couldn't get an appt til 7:15pm (it was 4:15)... i had recently flown and was on a hormone replacement and she was very concerned. Connersville (where i live ) had no techs to do it. I couldn't wait 3 hr. I had driven from Greenfield (where i work) to Richmond for this appt. I will def recommend this walk in ortho clinic!!

Everyone from check in to check out were pleasant and caring. PA Dorothy was so patient in listening to all my questions and concerns and answering each one. I never felt rushed and left confident in the treatment and care plan set forth for me by the provider. Excellent care team!

Dorothy is knowledgeable, understanding, a great listener, and compassionate. The information she provided me aided me with formulating informed questions to ask Dr. Lee. I have seen her before for issues with the same knee and felt very comfortable with her, the treatment received, and direction regarding caring for my injury. I would like to state that I find her to be an asset to this practice and the hospital.

From checking in to checking out the entire experience was really good. The provider was kind and helpful and the receptionist was very friendly.

They were quick about getting me back to the provider. Because I had a fractured foot I would have liked them to ask me if I needed help out of the clinic. They put the boot on me and because of the pain I could hardly walk out to the waiting room. They didn't know my husband was in They waiting room. I asked him to get me a wheelchair to help me out of the building.

Dorothy did an excellent job of giving us recommendations and guidance to help form a path for back treatment.

I always receive excellent care from the Ortho Walk-in Clinic. And it's so much better than just going a regular urgent care facility. Everyone is very nice and thorough.

Very satisfied with this visit and knowledge that was given me and treatment plan.

The physician's assistant I saw at Reed orthopedics was very thorough and incredibly nice. The whole staff was great and very patient.

There are things in her notes that are not true. Things she did in the exam, for example, compare one foot to the other. She wasn't in the room long enough to think about a comparison, much less look at my other foot. She was quick with assumptions and not real concerned, except to be done. There was no one waiting. I was the only person there when I arrived and when I was taken back. So she didn't need to be in such a hurry! There were other things in her notes that were untrue statements as well. I don't like liars, and I don't know why she would staye things that she never even brought up with me. Bad "doctoring"!!

Great as a walk-in x-ray clinic. Took a lot of stress off of calling & waiting for a return call or an order from a Dr. Very nice to have this facility & service available.

I came in as a walk-in patient. Even with no appointment I was seen promptly. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dorothy thoroughly explained all the options that she could offer as possibly treatments, and was very patient in answering all of my questions and allowed me the time to consider all my options with no pressure to make my decision quickly. Follow up care was scheduled for six weeks after my treatment, with repeated advice to feel free to contact Dorothy if I had any additional questions or if my problem got any worse. As almost always, I have been very happy with the care teams at Reid.

My provider did amazing and I was so thankful to have my splinter cut out when the Winchester hospital wouldn't even do it the day it happened , had to wait 3 days and go to reid Ortho and was very impressed with my visit

The ortho walk in clinic is the greatest thing since sliced bread

I didn't have to ask any questions because they were answered while explaining what was found on x-ray. If my previous primary care Dr was this efficient I would highly recommend Reid Health more often

For my first visit I am very pleased how quick and efficient I got in and out. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The P.A was very knowledgable and listened to what I had to say. She did suggest a couple different treatments, which was good,because nothing else has helped. She was very nice.

Fast and convenient

I've had therapy and went to the walk in today as I e Breton too much pain and little sleep! I'll see Dr Lee next week and they want more therapy so we'll see how this turns out! I'm not used to doing nothing and I don't like it!

Every single staff member that we had an interaction with was amazing! But Abby, our nurse, was so amazing with my child and made the experience top notch! She made me and my son feel involved and comfortable.

I came in for a "dislocated toe?not my first,but 3rd time after first break and I was in so much pain I applied cold pack/elevated my foot and took Advil just so I could handle the X-rays.there wasn't any history on me because I went to a foot doctor who is now retired.Nicki was very kind,listened,asked questions and conversed with my husband as well?Amber shared her recent injury of coming out of the "ugly shoe(I call it that)during X-rays She put my mind at ease just sharing and caring?Dorothy was also kind and friendly?I am pleased with the kindness,listening and caring.We will definitely share our experience and highly recommend anyone who asks!!!

I did walk in ortho and was seen, including x-rays and knee brace within 10 minutes and was on my way home in 1 hour, absolutely incredible!!
