The staff member that drew my blood was wonderful. I have tiny veins and she got it first try! I didn't even have any bruising. Test results were done quickly and they called the very next day with my results. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

My only complaint is that I was out of town not feeling good and tried to make appointment for the next week when I would be home and they said I had to call the day I wanted the appointment to get in. I called the day I wanted my appointment and they didn't have any openings. I did get in because they had a cancellation.

Britney and her MA (Emily) are the BEST! My daughter is extremely hesitant to talk to people, especially anything about her body. She has suffered immensely with being super self conscious and I have had many concerns about her mental health. Britneys approach at every visit not only resulted in my daughter being willing to open up and actually talk about her thoughts/feelings, she also continued to talk about her visit and interest in trying new things to help her with some of the things she struggled with. I am incredibly grateful for Britney and her team!
