I believe everyone there at the Reid cardiology place in Greenville Ohio is very nice and considerate. And I thank you that they were there, I had blood pressure issues and was concerned a lot.

Everyone has always been nice and cooperative even thru they are very busy.

The PA or Dr was extremely kind and helpful and patient with us.... Mom was in a wheelchair and had a long restroom break and he waited with respect. Thanks so much

I mentioned 1 thing that concerned me, a pain I had had for a day from my neck into my shoulder and asked if that could be caused by a carodid artery, he assured me if it was clogged, it would not be painful, but I would have had a stroke. Checked to see when I last had that checked and said I probably should get it checked in May as it had been 7 years since it had been checked.

I felt like they cared about me. Not in a hurry.

Aaron is very professional, made sure all questions were answered. He is an awesome addition to Dr Chong

There was a challenge getting my primary family doctor and secondary insurance into the system. Military Tri-Care for Life. Made me nervous and I considered leaving. I guess they eventually got everything inputted. I tried to input data myself on ReidMyChart with little success. Frustrating...

Met Aaron today. He has joined Dr. Chong here in Greenville and seems to be an excellent fit for this office. I saw him today instead of Dr. Chong and I was very impressed. He is extremely knowledgable and has that same genuine caring that Dr. Chong always demonstrates. Welcome Aaron, I feel confident in his care.
